Entec International Ltd. has commenced service in India, delivering the first phase of our unique 3rd party MRO procurement and inventory management solution to one of India’s largest soft drinks and FMCG producers under ‘Project Blue’.
Project Blue is a regional Group initiative providing one of the world’s leading food and beverage companies, with over $63 billion in net revenue and a global portfolio of diverse brands, a managed maintenance, repair and operations spares supply and inventory optimisation service to their packaging operations in India, Thailand, Australia, New Zealand and the Middle East. A core objective of Project Blue is to change manage MRO supply chains, moving spares inventory from Just In Case to Just In Time.
The project has seen Entec set up a new company, Entec International (India) Pty., with offices in Gurugram. Entec India will engage customer facing local staff, equipped with web enabled tools and possessing local knowledge, ready to address supply challenges and in full support of ‘Project Blue’ phase 2.
